May mga pamilyang mas gusto ang mas matapang na timpla, at mayroon ding mas pinapahalagahan ang natural na lasa ng mga gulay. Kahit pareho itong Pinakbet, bawat pamilya ay may sarili nitong lasa.<br>\u3000Sa pagkakataong ito, gagamit kami ng mga sangkap at pampalasa na madaling mabili sa mga kalapit na tindahan sa Japan upang ipakilala ang \u201cpangkaraniwang lasa ng Pinakbet\u201d na parang gusto mong kainin araw-araw sa isang tahanang Pilipino.<br>\u3000Hindi naging madali ang paghahanap ng paraan para magawa ito gamit ang mga sangkap sa Japan, pero sa tingin namin ay nagawa naming mailapit ito sa parehong lasa ng Pinakbet na kinakain namin sa Pilipinas. karaniwan at nagiging masayahin siya habang umiinom nang mag-isa.<br>At kapag ganoon, ako naman ang nagiging kausap niya, kaya medyo mahirap din para sa akin.  haha<br>\u3000Katulad din ng miso soup
