Nilalagyan ito ng karne o isda at maraming gulay, saka pinapakuluan hanggang lumabas ang masarap at maasim na lasa. Dahil sa magaan at nakaka-refresh nitong sabaw, masarap itong kainin kahit malamig o mainit ang panahon.<br>\u3000Ang lasa ng Sinigang ay medyo nagkakaiba-iba depende sa bawat pamilya, at parang Japanese miso soup ito sa Japan. May mga pamilya na gustong mas maasim ang lasa, at mayroon namang mas gusto ang mas banayad at malinamnam na timpla.<br>\u3000Sa pagkakataong ito, ipakikilala namin ang \u201cSinigang na gusto mong kainin araw-araw,\u201d gamit lamang ang mga sangkap at pampalasang madaling mabili sa mga malapit na tindahan dito sa Japan.<br>Hindi naging madali na makuha ang parehong lasa ng Sinigang sa Pilipinas gamit ang mga sangkap at pampalasa sa Japan, pero sa tingin ko ay nagawa naming mapalapit ito sa lasa na kinakain ko noon sa Pilipinas.<br>Sana ay masubukan din ninyo itong lutuin at
